A little over a week ago one of our authors wrote a wonderful article about college freshmen and gave some quality advice to the same in regards to dealing with and getting the most out of their first year of "school out of high school."
There's a lot to keep track of as a freshmen at ASU. Coming straight out of high school and into a whole new world of dorm life, registering for classes, using your own free will to choose whether or not to even go to class, dealing with late nights and long lectures, and, of course, going crazy over college sports, it sometimes can be just a little overwhelming. Thankfully, one of our senior writers, a recent ASU graduate, is offering her top five bits of advice for incoming freshmen... Read more

It's done! It's over, but yet the real challenge begins. As a recent graduate from a class in 2008 it's time to prepare for the real world. Knowing that I will be attending a fall semester at ASU studying Material Science has began to renew my excitement in going back to school and learning, or so it seemed. As registration began I Found out that I had to take a Calculus placement test and score 60% or higher to pass. Having to take such a test brought back memories of recent highschool calculus classes... Read more
