ASU is Brewing for a Big Win Against the Bruins

After last week’s successful Homecoming game, we are off to Los Angeles to take on UCLA in a Pac-12 South Showdown. We head into the game 6-2, 4-1 in Pac-12 play and ranked #20 in the AP Poll, #19 in the BCS Standings and #18 in the USA Today Coaches Poll.   UCLA comes into the game 4-4, 3-2 in Pac-12 play after defeating the Cal Bears 31-14 last week in Pasadena. Kickoff is at 4:30 p.m. and the game will be televised by Versus.

Last week, we took down the Buffaloes 48-14. Cameron Marshall ran for 114 yards and three touchdowns while Brock Osweiler threw for 307 yards, both in just three quarters of work. Our defense forced five Colorado turnovers in the win.

Women’s basketball is hosting a select-a-seat for their exhibition game against Azusa Pacific on Thursday. The action begins at 6:30 p.m. and admission is FREE. Arrive early and choose your seat for the 17-game home schedule. Season tickets start at just $99! Men’s basketball will compete in an exhibition at Grand Canyon University on Saturday at 6 p.m. Public tickets are available through the Sun Devil Ticket Office at 480-727-0000.

If you are looking for Sun Devils in action in Tempe this weekend, volleyball, tennis and swimming and diving are all at home. Volleyball hosts No. 20 Oregon on Friday and Oregon State on Saturday, both matches begin at 7 p.m. Women’s tennis is hosting the annual ASU Thunderbird Invitational this Friday, Saturday and Sunday at Whiteman Tennis Center, admission is FREE. Swimming and diving is also home on Saturday, hosting Wisconsin at noon at the Mona Plummer Aquatic Center.

    When is dumbass Ericson going to realize that his stupid kicker sucks and he needs to replace him with the freshman. Also, this stupidass play calling has to stop. This is why he WILL NOT get an extension, that he almost got earlier in the season. I hope we end up at the Holiday bowl again, cause we are not going to deserve anything else with these past few weeks!!!!

    I’m right there with you Will. PAINFUL to watch these past two weeks. I’m almost afraid to go to the game this weekend.
