You pay fees for each term you're enrolled, so those fees that you pay for the Fall and Spring permit you to go to the SRC. If you're not in summer classes, then you don't pay a fee, ergo, you don't get into the SRC as per usual. However, you can pay for summer entry, and I don't believe the price is that bad...plus you don't have to worry about stupid summer classes in the first place. Pretty standard at most universities...
